Please control your dogs

A senior dog was recently injured by 2 off-lead dogs on the Grey Canal Trail – see www.castanet.net/news/Vernon/163176/Control-your-dogs

Not sure where you can take your pooch off-leash, or which parks are dog-permitted?

If you don’t see a sign stating that your dog is permitted inside the park, then your dog is not permitted inside the park.

If you don’t see a sign stating that your dog is permitted to be off-leash in the park, then your dog is not permitted to be off-leash in the park.

School fields are not dog-permitted parks. The parking lot is not a dog-permitted park. Marshall Fields is a mixed-use park, not an off-leash dog park.

Thank you for your cooperation!
